摘 要
为了保证融庭小区A2地块项目9栋土建工程开工后施工工序顺利、合理并有根据的进行，本施工组织设计将根据甲方提供的工程施工图纸和相关的施工说明进行编写。该项目工程是一个高层住宅小区建筑，基础为桩基础、剪力墙结构的工程，并且带有地下室，因此在施工时，考虑到的因素很多，无论是对工程质量保护措施，还是施工现场管理措施，施工组织设计都起到一个核心作用。
本次设计将对工程结构特征、施工的难易程度进行专业分析，编制出合理并高效的施工组织设计，用以指导该施工项目的顺利完成，更用于确保工程施工时遇到问题时可及时得到解决，能够使工程更加文明、高效、低耗的完成，也能够得到一个更优质的工程。

Construction Organization Design of Building 9 Civil Works of Rongting Community A2 Plot Project

ABSTRACT
In order to ensure the smooth, reasonable and well-informed construction process after the commencement of the civil works of Building 9 of plot A2 project in Rongting community, the construction organization design will be prepared according to the project construction drawings and relevant construction instructions provided by Party A. The project is a high-rise residential building with pile foundation, shear wall structure and basement. Therefore, many factors are considered in the construction. The construction organization design plays a core role in both project quality protection measures and construction site management measures.
This design will carry out professional analysis on the structural characteristics of the project and the difficulty of construction, and prepare a reasonable and efficient construction organization design to guide the smooth completion of the construction project. It is also used to ensure that the problems encountered in the project construction can be solved in time, which can make the project more civilized, efficient and low-cost, and get a better project.
