根据规范《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》(JGJ130-2011)中5.2.4条,纵向水平杆宜按三跨连续梁计算。
其中荷载统计时将钢管自重统计入永久荷载,这样计算更为精确,其中钢管自重标准值为g=3.97/100=0.04kN/m,由于横向水平杆上的纵向水平杆是均等放置的,故纵向水平杆的距离为S=lb/(n+1),纵向水平杆承受的脚手板及施工活荷载的面积。
根据分析,脚手架的纵向水平杆抗弯强度按承载能力极限状态下计算,故荷载基本组合值:
q=1.2(g+gK1lb/(n+1))+1.4[(QK1+QK2)lb/(n+1)]
=1.2(0.04+0.11.1/(2+1))+1.4((2+0)1.1/(2+1))=1.118kN/m
纵向水平杆挠度按正常使用极限状态下计算,故荷载的标准组合值:
qk=g+gK1lb/(n+1)=0.04+0.11.4/(2+1)=0.086kN/m
